OurWebFTP System Requirements

OurWebFTP is installed on your website that should have the ability to run PHP scripts with external network connectivity support.

PHP Software

PHP 4.3 or higher. PHP FTP built-in module is not required.

Web Server Operating System

any as soon as it has PHP running. We have successfully tested it with FreeBSD, Linux, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP.

Web Server Software

any that allows running PHP scripts. We have successfully tested it with Apache and IIS.

Database Server Software

Not required

These requirements are not any special, most paid and free web hosing packages featuring PHP support should do fine. Please pay attention that the PHP scripts should be allowed to open networks connections - some free hosting (for example netfirms) do not allow it.
